Miami-Dade home sales increase again

Miami-Dade County home sales rose 1.2% year-over-year in January, with single-family home sales up 2.8% and $1 million-plus transactions surging 21%. Condo sales over $1 million increased 21%, while affordable condo sales remained steady. Median single-family home prices rose 3.7% to $699,990, and condo prices increased slightly to $420,000.
